4 accidental deaths in Western New York in last few days

With only few days apart there were 3 accidents that were reported with 4 deaths. The quick timing between these events is of concern. On June 25 two men died at XPO logistics  when slabs of Corian fell on them. Moulding company fined after worker injured

Magistrate Court find £150,000 to a injection moulding company after it was found guilty of breaching Section 2 (1) of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. A worker was severely injured with multiple fractures to his heel and serious burns when he was trying to clear a blockage on a plastics injection moulding machine.
